Originally from Alberton, Montana, Dr. Blackman earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, graduating with honors, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He also completed an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Additionally, Dr. Blackman is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Dr. Blackman has extensive experience serving as a team physician for various high school, amateur, college and professional sports teams. His areas of expertise include sports injuries and disorders of the shoulder, elbow, knee and hip. He also specializes in minimally invasive and reconstructive surgeries in these areas.

Dr. Flint Ray grew up in Roy Utah where he was heavily involved in sports including; wrestling, football, soccer and rodeo. He became a two-time state champion wrestler for Roy high school. Following high school he went on to wrestle at Boise State. After one year at Boise State he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Brazil. Upon returning from Brazil he transferred to Utah Valley University where he became a two-time conference champion and NCAA qualifier. After graduating from Utah Valley with a bachelors degree in business management he started his medical training at Campbell University school of osteopathic medicine in North Carolina. He completed Family Medicine Residency at University hospitals in Cleveland Ohio. He then returned to North Carolina to complete a sports medicine fellowship. Currently, he works in the orthopedics department at Benefis practicing sports medicine. He is the team physician for the local high schools as well as the University of Providence. He is married to his beautiful wife, Ashley, and they have six children. Together they enjoy cheering each other on at sporting events and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Chad Molen, DPT, SCS, CSCS, LMT Graduated from UNLV in Las Vegas, NV with his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008 after receiving a B.S. in Health and Human Performance degree from MSU in Bozeman, MT. He has augmented his degree as a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist. He added to his credentials by becoming a Strength and Conditioning board certified through the NSCA. Chad also completed the Kevin Wilke traveling sports Fellowship to Nashville, Houston and Phoenix. He is Level II Certified in Functional Dry Needling through Kineticore. He focuses his practice on manual therapy and sports rehabilitation as well as sports enhancement. However, he is proficient in the treatment of ailments in all age groups. He has attended courses on MET (Muscle energy technique), Gaston technique, Vestibular disorders, CSM national conference, NSCA national conference, as well as other courses on treatment of shoulders and knees in orthopedics.
Chad loves to work with athletes and fitness in general and has had great success promoting individuals to their next level in fitness and sports.
