Dear Great Falls Americans Enthusiast: Happy Holidays to everyone from the Great Falls Americans. This edition will be a short one as our 
players and staff have been on a little holiday break since the Showcase. The players will travel back tomorrow (the 27th) and we will practice in Havre on Saturday morning. We are also excited to do some youth clinics with the Havre players after our ice session as our players and staff will practice with their 8U, 10U & 12U and 14U and HS teams after our practice. Thank you to the Havre Ice Hawks for welcoming us to their facility and making the Americans part of their family.
Congratulations to Kayden Rhyder who was named the Frontier Division’s “3rd Star of the Week” for his effort at the NA3HL Showcase. Kaden
was in goal for our two 2-1 wins and currently leads the entire league in minutes played and wins. Kayden is also 10th in goals against average and 5th in save percentage out of 62 qualifying goalkeepers.
Our next game is New Year’s Eve with a special 6:05 PM puck drop as we take on the Butte Irish at the Ice Plex. It will be a great opportunity for our fans to be able to catch an Americans game and then still be able to bring in the New Year with the other special activities taking place in town. Bring your family and tell your friends as we look forward to a great crowd to be able to start our home stretch to what is planned to be a very successful 2nd half of the season. We look forward to seeing you next Tuesday night!
