The Great Falls Americans announced their 2026 NA3HL Fraser Cup Playoff (Frontier Division Semi-Finals) schedule as they face the Helena Bighorns in the first round. The #3 Great Falls Americans will challenge the #2 Helena Bighorns in a best-of-three series starting on Friday, March 13th.
The other division schedules will be announced in the upcoming week.
Here is how the playoffs work. The club seeded first in each division will compete in a best-of-three series with the fourth seeded club in the same division. The club seeded second in each division will compete in a best-of-three-series against the club seeded third in the same division. The #1 and #2 seeds will have home ice advantage in the first round. The first club to win two games in a division semifinal series will be declared the winner of the series and advance to the Division Finals.

Before the playoffs occur, Great Falls will be finishing off the 2025-26 NA3HL regular season with four games in seven days. On Sunday, March 1st, Great Falls will host the Gillette Wild in a special Sunday matinee starting at 1:00PM (MST) at the Great Falls Ice Plex. In a game that was originally scheduled for Saturday, February 21st, the Americans will travel to Bozeman, Montana for a 12:00PM (MST) matchup with the Bozeman Ice Dogs. The final meeting between these two opponents was postponed due to some transporation issues for Great Falls. Then on Friday, March 6th, Great Falls will travel to the Butte Community Ice Center in Butte, Montana to face the Butte Irish with the puck dropping at 7:30PM (MST). Both teams will then travel to Great Falls for the regular season finale on Saturday, March 7th starting at 7:05PM (MST).
