The Great Falls IcePlex needs some facility upgrades and a new ice chiller, and on July 10, country star Aaron Tippin is going to help them out.

The Great Falls Ice Foundation teams up with the Great Falls Voyagers to hold the concert at Centene Stadium. General admission tickets are $25, and tables of eight on the field are $350 and include drink service. The night’s not just for adults, either — a kids fun zone is available to keep the youngsters entertained all night long.

Tippin, whose wife is a Great Falls native, is known for songs such as “I Got It Honest,” “Working Man’s PhD” and “You’ve Got to Stand for Something.” His music often shows his blue-collar roots and support of the U.S. military.

Tickets go on sale May 2.

For more information, visit the Community Ice Foundation’s Facebook event page “Aaron Tippin for ICE” or call Centene Stadium at 452-5311 for tickets.
