GREAT FALLS – The Great Falls Americans have announced that California native Luke Richesin has signed his college letter-of-intent to attend Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich. this fall.
The North American Tier 3 Hockey League Frontier Division club made the announcement in a press release to the media on Friday.
Richesin, a 6-foot, 210-pound defenseman, scored 11 goals and had 35 assists while playing under coaches Jeff Heimel (2017-18) and Greg Sears (2018-20) during his three-year stay in the Electric City.
Aquinas College, a school with 2,000 students, is a Catholic Liberal Arts school that offers more than 2,000 undergraduate degrees and has over 61 majors. The Saints play in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference and the American Collegiate Hockey Association.
