A second Electric City hockey standout has signed with the city’s new franchise in the Northern Pacific Hockey League.

Dylan Anderson of Great Falls High has signed with the Great Falls Americans, team owner Jim Keough announced Monday. Anderson, who plays forward, has a team-high 11 goals in nine games with his high school hockey team, also called the Americans. Anderson also leads his high school club with nine assists and 20 overall points.

“He’s our captain this year,” said Brian Hendrick-son, head coach of the local high school squad. “It’s not a big surprise that Jim would want him on his new team. He’s right up there with Brady as two of the top players to come out of Great Falls in a long time.
