The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) has announced the schedule of league events for the upcoming 2026-2027 season. Each event aims to offer players exposure and development opportunities.
The NA3HL’s 2026-27 season will be highlighted by the following events:
- The 2026 Top Prospects Tournament will host six divisional teams featuring the top ’06 and ’07 players from the NA3HL
- The 2026 NA3HL Showcase will feature each NA3HL team participating in three games against out-of-division opponents
- The 2027 Top Prospects Tournament will feature rosters composed of the top ‘08-’10 skaters from the NA3HL
- The 2027 Fraser Cup Championship serves as the culmination of the NA3HL season, bringing together the six divisional winners from across the league to compete for the Championship title.
The NA3HL is hosting two separate Top Prospects Tournaments. The 2026 Top Prospects Tournament will be held in Marlborough, MA on November 22-23 at the New England Sports Center. Six divisional teams will be featured with rosters made out of the top ‘06 and ‘07 players from the league. Alongside this event the Show League will also be kicking off their first matchups of the season in Marlborough. This collaboration reinforces the ladder of development, and allows Show League players to get exposure to the NA3HL. The 2027 Top Prospects Tournament will be held in Plymouth, MI on February 22-23 at the USA Hockey Arena. The event will run alongside the NAHL Top Prospects event, and rosters will feature the top ‘08-’10 players from the league.
Along with the Prospect Tournament the NA3HL Showcase returns and features all 38 teams who will compete against three non-divisional opponents. The Showcase will be held at the NSC Super Rink in Blaine, MN on Dec 20-22, 2026.
Wrapping up the season is the 2027 Fraser Cup Championships. Set for March 31-April 4 in St. Louis, MO, this final event culminates the entire season as the divisional winners face each other for the chance at the Fraser Cup Championship title.
“The NA3HL event schedule provides the best exposure for players to earn exposure to the NAHL and to College,” said NAHL Commissioner and President Mark Frankenfeld. “The opportunity to compete and be seen is second to none. If you want the opportunity to play in the NAHL or in college someday the NA3HL is the right place for you to develop.”
All 38 teams will play 47 games across the regular season. The regular season commences on September 4, 2026 and will end on March 14, 2027.
