GREAT FALLS, MT — March 13, 2016 –Editor’s Note: Jeff Heimel has coached the Great Falls Americans Junior A hockey team for four seasons and has led the franchise to consistent success. The club skated to a division title last year and had the opportunity to repeat on home ice Saturday night at the IcePlex. The Americans will be a top-two seed in the NA3HL’s Frontier Division playoffs and will likely open the postseason with a home game on Thursday night.

GREAT FALLS, Mont., March 11, 2016 — Kyle Johnson scored one goal and dished out two assists and goaltender Jake Stephan finished with 28 saves to help the second-ranked Great Falls Americans to a 6-4 victory against the Yellowstone Quake on Friday night in Great Falls.

March 11, 2016 — The Great Falls Americans and Yellowstone Quake have been tooth-and-nail as the top two teams in the NA3HL Frontier Division all season long, so it’s fitting that the two teams would meet in the final two games of the regular season with playoff seedings on the line. The Americans will host the two-game series Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 at the IcePlex, and the ramifications are plain: the Americans (33-10-2) trail the Cody, Wyo., based Quake (34-8-3) by three points.
Great Falls Ice Plex plans fun run on March 20th
Great Falls, MT –The Great Falls Ice Plex will be offering a 5K Family Fun Run/Walk at the Great Falls Ice Plex as part of their annual Community Day with all proceeds going towards the Ice Plex. The "Run 2 the Rink" event begins at 9:00AM on Sunday, March 20th at the Ice Plex. The 5K event will feature a Beer Garden (10AM-2PM) for adults and a Root Beer Garden for children along with FREE Ice Skating.

Eight Americans score goals to help Great Falls rout Billings, 9-2
BILLINGS, Mont., March 5, 2016 — The Great Falls Americans easily cruised to a 9-2 victory over the Billings Bulls on Saturday night at the Centennial Ice Arena in Billings. Eight different players scored goals for the visiting Americans including Kyle Johnson, Ricards Bernhards, Blake Miller, Tanner Congdon, Josh Larson, Brendan Jester, Tegan Harrington and Reed Link scored goals.
NA3HL News: NA3EHL to join NA3HL for the 2016-17 season
FRISCO, TX., March 4, 2016 — The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) is proud to announce the addition of all the teams from the North American 3 Eastern Hockey League (NA3EHL), which will take place during the upcoming 2016-17 season as part of two new divisions of the NA3HL. The now 47-team NA3HL, will be divided into eight divisions for the 2016-17 season, stretching from Montana to Maine.
