GREAT FALLS, Mont., January 2, 2015 — The Helena Bighorns and Great Falls Americans renewed their NA3HL rivalry on Friday night in Great Falls. In their last meeting on November 23rd in Helena, Great Falls came away with a 3-1 win.rnrnDespite a loss in Billings on Wednesday night, the Americans returned home to the Great Falls Ice Plex where they are currently 14-3 on home ice (25-4 overall) and remain in first place in the NA3HL’s Frontier Division. Meanwhile, the Bighorns from Helena, who had a four-game winning streak, are 19-7-1 and they sit in third place behind Gillette and Great Falls. rn

BILLINGS, Mont., December 31, 2014 — The Great Falls Americans looked to close out 2014 on a high note as they faced the Billings Bulls in the Magic City on New Year’s Eve.rnrnAfter a week off for the holiday break, the Americans resumed competition in the NA3HL on Wednesday night. GREAT FALLS, Mont., December 29, 2014 — The Great Falls Americans Junior A Hockey team are pleased to announce that goaltender Evan Hauser has been called up to the Kenai River Brown Bears in Soldotna, Alaska of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), according to American Head Coach and General Manager, Jeff Heimel.

GREAT FALLS, Mont., December 26, 2014 — Great Falls Americans Junior A forward Brendan Jester has been nominated as one of 44 young men from the state of Alaska for admissions to one of the United States service academies for 2015 and the graduating class of 2019.rn

The NA3HL gives out a weekly "Divisional Star of the Week" award during each of the regular season. The awards, presented by Easton, are given to the top performing players in each of the four divisions (Central, East, Frontier, South) of the North American 3 Hockey League that are nominated by their head coaches.rn
