GREAT FALLS, Mont., October 11, 2014 — A night after Great Falls completely dominating their matchup with the Yellowstone Quake with a 12-1 win, the Americans were trying to get their second straight victory over the Wyoming franchise (and their seventh overall) on Saturday night in front of another packed house at the Great Falls Ice Plex.rnrnIt was a different game than Friday night’s contest was with the Americans and Quake trading points early on before the Americans offense handed the visiting team from Cody, Wyoming a 4-2 setback at the Great Falls Ice Plex on Saturday evening.rn

The Great Falls Americans ran their record to 6-0 with a 12-1 rout over the visiting Yellowstone Quake Friday night at the IcePlex.

GREAT FALLS, Mont., October 10, 2014 — The Great Falls Americans, leading the Frontier Division of the NA3HL in the standings, ran their record to 6-0 with a 12-1 rout over the Yellowstone Quake (1-5-1) on Friday night at home. The Cody, Wyoming franchise could not match the offensive power of the Americans who registered four first period goals.

Two Great Falls Americans shots from the point equaled two points and a win Saturday night.rnrnThe Americans, which moved to 5-0 on the season, defeated the Gillette Wild 3-1 at the IcePlex in front of 710 fans. With the victory, Great Falls remains in sole possession of first place in the Frontier Division with 10 points.

GREAT FALLS, Mont., October 4, 2014 — A night after the Great Falls Americans defeated the Gillette Wild 2-1 to hand the Gillette Wild their first loss of the season and kept the Americans undefeated, Great Falls was able to win another close NA3HL contest by posting a 3-1 victory over the Wyoming club. The Saturday night encounter was seen by 710 fans in attendance.rnBoth defenses came up big in the first twenty minutes of action as neither team registered any goals. Gillette had 5 shot attempts swatted away by Americans goalie Lauren Massie while Great Falls turned in 12 against Gillette’s Alex Feese.rn

GREAT FALLS, Mont., October 3, 2014 — The Great Falls Americans (3-0) and the Gillette Wild (3-0) faced off for the first time during the 2014-15 NA3HL season as undefeated foes on Friday night in Great Falls.

The NA3HL gives out a weekly "Divisional Star of the Week" award during each of the regular season. The awards, presented by Easton, are given to the top performing players in each of the four divisions (Central, East, Frontier, South) of the North American 3 Hockey League that are nominated by their head coaches.rn

BILLINGS – The Great Falls Americans found themselves down 2-0 entering the third period before outscoring the Bulls in the final twenty minutes to claim a 4-3 comeback victory over the home team on Saturday night.rnrnGreat Falls’ Wade Wylie added two of his team’s four goals in the final twenty minutes. With the win, Great Falls is 3-0 on the season.
